In this class, we will tap into the rich tradition and history of Pilates practice by focusing on foundational exercises. We will flow through a series of precise, controlled movements to improve strength, flexibility, concentration, and body awareness. These exercises are designed to help us move more efficiently and with better poise and muscle balance, not just while practicing Pilates, but throughout the day. This class is appropriate for students at all fitness levels who are interested in mastering Pilates fundamentals.

This class will incorporate elements of both classical and contemporary Pilates for a balanced, comprehensive and engaging workout. We will focus on control, precision, concentration, and body awareness as we build on foundational Pilates exercises to challenge you and help you safely and effectively level up your practice. Knowledge of the fundamentals taught in Mat Pilates 1 (or previous Pilates experience) is recommended.

This class is an invigorating blend of power vinyasa yoga and strength training. You can expect a full body workout that utilizes light weights and bodyweight exercises to build strength, flexibility and balance. This class is perfect for all levels, and modifications are always offered. Prepare to move your body and break a sweat!

This low-impact class combines elements of classical ballet, yoga, Pilates, and contemporary dance. We won't actually be dancing, but the dynamic movements will help you feel graceful, elegant, and strong. We'll use supportive props such as ballet barres, Pilates balls, foam rollers, and gliding discs, to improve balance, flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, stamina, and posture.

This class includes elements of traditional yoga with a funky, creative flair. Expect fun transitions into postures, strength-based movements, breath work, gentle stretching, mobility exercises, and something just a little bit different. We will pay close attention to anatomical alignment while celebrating freedom of expression.

This class links breath to movement in a series of postures that target the entire body. Benefits of this practice include gains in flexibility, strength, and endurance, as well as an increased sense of awareness and peace of mind. The instructor will challenge you based on where you are on your journey with yoga, whether it is your first class or five hundredth class.

Sculpt and tone your body while having fun with BodyWorks! This high repetition, light dumbbell workout will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength. It truly is a total body workout!

Buti Yoga is a high energy yoga workout that seamlessly blends Vinyasa yoga, deep core conditioning, and HIIT-style cardio bursts. "Buti" is an ancient Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been kept hidden beneath the surface." We'll be shaking and vibrating away emotional tension, as the music bumps and the beat leads the workout. Buti connects people, as we move in unison, vibing together, sweating with intention, and stepping into our power!

This practice is open to people of all faiths and spiritual backgrounds who have an interest in meditation, mindfulness, or spiritual awakening. No experience is necessary. Each session will generally use the following format: Short introduction; Sitting meditation; Moving meditation or mindfulness yoga; Sitting meditation; Q&A (as time allows). Suggested donation of $8 per person. Wear comfortable long pants (no shorts). Cushions and chairs will be provided.

Zumba classes are designed to bring people together for joyful movement inspired by Latin and World rhythms. Zumba is often called “exercise in disguise” because it combines several elements of fitness into a fun, high energy, mood-lifting, interactive, dance party. No dance experience is necessary…just come prepared to move your body and feel the beat!

Shake things up with Zumba Toning! It's the fun Zumba dance fitness party you know and love, with the added challenge of using Toning Sticks (light hand weights) and targeted choreography to strengthen and tone specific muscle groups.

Consider this class the best of both worlds! The first half of class will consist of an invigorating slow flow vinyasa-style yoga. The second half, we'll bring the energy down to a relaxing yin sequence. Yin poses are mostly floor postures held for longer periods of time designed to target those deeper connective tissues. You will leave this class feeling renewed and in tune with your body.

Our Open Gym/Circuit gives you the opportunity to move your body in a wide variety of interesting, functional and challenging ways. All of our equipment will be available, including the Hypervibe Vibration Plate, Jumpsport Rebounder, TRX Suspension Trainers, FeetUp Inversion Trainer, BOSU Balance Trainer, PowerHoop weighted hula hoop, free weights, resistance bands, and more. You get to decide when to start and how long to stay, and you can personalize the workout based on your unique needs.

Join “Coach Glo” for an energetic and challenging workout that can be modified for any fitness level. Glo will keep things interesting with a variety of formats, which may include Kickboxing, Zumba, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, Strength Training, and Tai Chi.

Hoop Blast is a unique and playful class that uses a specialized weighted hula hoop to strengthen the core, improve balance and coordination, get your heart pumping, and bring out your inner child! Capacity is limited due to the space needed for hooping.

For more than 100 years, tap dance has delighted people of all ages. Join us for 45 minutes of tapping fun for adults and teens! No experience necessary. Tap shoes encouraged, but not required.

Release & Restore is a special 75-minute self-care experience designed to support recovery, mobility, pain relief, stress reduction, and healing. Nourish your body and mind with restorative yoga, myofascial release, guided meditation, and aromatherapy. All tools and props will be provided. Capacity is limited due to the props and space needed for this format.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, the BODYPUMP workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength, and improve bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
