  • "I’ve been a member of Sage and Tansy for about a year and a half, and my life has totally changed for the better. Before starting my classes here at S&T, I’d never taken an exercise class and felt very apprehensive to say the least. All of the coaches and other members have been awesome, so welcoming, supportive, and thoughtful. Over the last year, I’ve tried almost every class, and all have been great. While each instructor is different, they are all positive and enthusiastic about what they do. I especially love the strength training and barre classes, and can feel myself getting stronger. I also like Bodyworks and Mat Pilates. As for S&T services, I’ve only tried the red light therapy room so far; it was a great experience. If you’re thinking about doing something for yourself, getting healthy, and stronger, I highly recommend S&T.
